RentersEd is a community education approach to help Nova Scotians build skills and confidence as a renter. Suitable for individuals from all backgrounds, and all levels of rental experience, RentersEd is ideal for anyone who wants to learn, and sees the need, to develop their housing readiness skills.
Developed in collaboration with landlords, tenants, housing advocates, case managers, and community partners interested in reducing housing stress, RentersEd is designed to improve the control current and prospective tenants have over their living environments.
RentersEd is grateful to The Independent Property Owners of Nova Scotia (IPOANS), Housing Nova Scotia, The Dartmouth Landlords Association, The Residential Tenancies Program, and The Capital District Health Authority Community Health Boards for championing our program.
Looking forward to meeting you,
